CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

We already work with 5-6 foundries and many machining plants located in Konya. The total practicable capacity of our foundries is about 30.000 tons/year. All of the foundries and our business partners have ISO 9002 certificate and some of them have ISO/TS 16949 certificate.

The molding systems are sand molding, furan resin molding and shell molding. The molding has been done as hand molding, semi automatic horizontal molding machine, semi automatic vertical molding machine and Disamatic vertical molding line without flask.

All melting process will be done with electrical furnaces. So; we able to control material and we also have spectral analyzing facilities. We also have sand laboratory, hardness testing, microstructure checking and metallurgical test abilities. I mean we are able to supply your needed parts on the international standard frames.

In regard to additional process which can do; they are pattern making (wood, aluminum, araldite); core production (cold box, hot box); sand blasting; grinding; heat treatment; painting, protecting etc. We also able to supply you finished products after the fully machining operations. In regard our customers; we already have been supplying many European companies. We know the European companies' purchasing process. We already have been supplying to them flanges, housings, machine tool bodies, flywheels, exhaust manifolds, water pipes, pressure plates; pulleys, brake discs, hubs, brake drums, bearing caps etc.
