HEAT TREATMENT


The application of heat to a casting is in order to alter the material properties making them suitable for the finished product or for subsequent processing. 

Heat treatment is applying in a number of ways, including induction heating, furnace heating and localised flame heating, amongst others.

PAINTING

We are able to make painting with both spray gun and dip painting operation. Also we have been coating casting part according to our customer requests.

LEAK TEST

We make test to our products like valve bodies, flanged fittings, flanges, housing with our special designed machine. The leakage test can be done under pressured water till 50 bar pressure.
